A special evening dedicated to Rembetiko, Traditional and Folk music from the Aegean and Anatolia.<br />A musical journey with 3 groups singing in Greek, Turkish and Kurdish. An evening full of stories in verse: from the Anatolian landscapes to the majestic Bosporus, on to the fragrant streets of Smyrna, the islands, and the slums of 1900s port of Pireaus.<br />The evening will conclude with a collective jam of the participants and special guests.<br /><br />Program:<br />17:30 – Intro Jam<br />18:30 – Odysseas Manidakis (voc, bouzouki, laute), Aron Hollinger (gtr)<br />19:30 – Sezen Aksu & Band<br />20:30 – Odysseus Stamoglou (voc, gtr, piano) & Stephan Steiner (violin, diatonic accordeon)<br />21:30 – Collective Jam<br /><br />
